Pacific Arboriculture is looking for a dependable, hands-on Grounds Crew member to support our climbers and field team. You’ll assist with everything from equipment operation and cleanup to rope handling and rigging. This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes—literally—and grow your arborist career from the ground up.

What You'll Do:
Operate chippers, stump grinders, trucks & other equipment
Assist climbers with ropes, gear, and communication on job sites
Cut, haul, and clear limbs and debris
Maintain tools, equipment, and work site cleanliness
Direct traffic or pedestrians around work zones
Follow all OSHA, ANSI, and internal safety standards
Requirements:
Be reliable, this is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors
Committed to teamwork, safety, and learning on the job
Location: Auburn, WA
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts + overtime available
